✅ Photobox is an on-site album feature that allows you to efficiently manage the many photos you take on-site during construction. Photos and videos can be categorized by type of construction, floor, or album and easily be searched.
In the future, we'll be adding the ability to select uploaded photos and automatically generate them into a photo site report.
▎Using the photo box
The Photo Box menu can be entered and utilized from both the 'Mobile App' and 'Platform Web'.
The mobile app allows you to upload photos and videos to the PhotoBox app as soon as you take them, so we recommend using the mobile app for shooting and uploading, and the platform's web for overall management.
✅ Getting in
<Mobile app>
• You can enter it by clicking the 'Photobox' menu at the bottom.
<Platform Web>
• You can enter the photobox detail page by clicking the 'Photobox' button at the bottom of the zone list.
▎Upload photos and videos
(1) Common
• When uploading, you can enter zone/album/process/floor/memo.
• Floors can be selected from 10 floors below ground to 50 floors above ground.
• The construction types include general construction types (earthworks, foundation, river works,...), and if you have a specific type of construction you want, please contact us and we will customise it for you.
(2) Mobile apps
• On the mobile app, enter the 'Photo Box' menu at the bottom and click the [+] button in the bottom right corner
• You can choose to upload photos and videos that you've already taken with your phone and are in your phone's photo book (gallery), or upload them directly after taking them. (You can select and upload up to 30 at a time.)
(3) Platform Web
• Enter the Photo Box menu > Click the [Upload] button on the left
• You can upload photos and videos that are stored on your PC. You can drag multiple files and upload them directly to the Photo Box page (you can select and upload up to 30 at a time).
▎Managing albums
(1) Mobile apps
• You can click the top [Albums] tab to enter the menu for creating and managing albums.
• You can create and manage as many new albums as you need. (You can't create albums within albums.)
• Click on the album you created to enter the details of the album you created. From that album, you can add photos and videos that you have uploaded to the Photo Box menu.
(2) Platform Web
❶ You can view the albums you've created in the [Albums] menu.
❷ Click on the album you created to enter the details of the album you created.
❸ From that album, you can add photos and videos that you've uploaded to the Photobox menu.
▎Search
(1) Common
• Uploaded photos and videos are easily searchable by the additional information you've uploaded, the date they were taken, any notes you've entered, and the name of the account from which they were uploaded.
• Date search: search for days, weeks, months, and periods based on the date of shooting
• Zones: Uploaded zones
• Blends, layers: Blends and layers applied to photo and video files
• Name: The name of the uploaded account
• Notes: Searchable if any part of the text of the entered note is included
(2) Mobile apps
• You can search by clicking the top search bar that you see when you enter the Photo Box menu and selecting a detailed item.
(3) Platform Web
• Check the top search options that you see when you enter the Photo Box menu and click the Search button to see the photos and videos that have been found.
▎View on-site map
(1) Mobile apps
• When you enter the Photo Box menu, select the map icon on the right to view your uploaded photos and videos on an on-site map.
• Photos and videos without a location can be viewed in the mobile app map if they are geolocated on the platform web.
(2) Platform Web
❶ Uploaded photos and videos can be viewed on the site map via the 'Photobox' menu within the site context.
❷ You can search your uploaded photos and videos by the day/week/month/period since the date they were taken.
❸ Your uploaded photos and videos are listed, and when you click on them, the location where they were taken, if any, is automatically displayed on the map. If you don't have a location in your photos and videos, you can manually specify a location on the map.
❹ Click the Manage photobox menu to enter the photobox detail screen to manage it.
