✅ The ability to upload, categorise and manage files required for construction work on the platform.
On site, there are numerous forms of documentation that keep managers abreast of site conditions, progress, earthwork volumes, and other tasks.
Earthwork pile management and pile pile management are used by workers in the field and those in the office managing the site to manage the
platform to share the same version of documents to reduce miscommunication and manage supporting evidence for an accurate and transparent view of the work status.
▎Managing earthwork files
You can upload and manage a variety of data required to estimate earthwork quantities, including plan elevations, stratigraphic elevations, drawings, and rock determination data. It is used to share and manage earthworks and related work contents with site users, such as ready-made earthwork volume management, workload management by date, and earthwork zone management.
*Accessible via the 'Manage earthworks files' button, the uploaded files can be viewed in any site context within the same zone (project area).
Folders
To make file management more efficient, we grouped files into folders to make them more manageable. You can also create folders within folders, so you can accurately separate your files.
Moving a folder is done by clicking on the top navigation and selecting it.
Upload
In the pop-up after clicking the 'Upload File' button, you can upload files up to 50MB in size with any extension.
Additional features
Uploaded files can be renamed, moved between folders, and downloaded using additional features.
1. Edit file information
You can rename the file or leave a short description of the file.
You can see the modifications in the list.
2. move the folder
You can manage your uploaded files by moving them to the folder of your choice.
(*It is not possible to move a folder to another folder).
3. Download
Files that require in-file editing can be downloaded and worked on.
When downloading a folder, the files in the folder are downloaded at once.
4. Delete
You can delete unnecessary files or folders.
(*Deleted files cannot be recovered).
▎Managing Pile files
You can upload and manage files related to piles that are driven for building and civil engineering foundations.
It is used to manage documents that managers need to see for pile work, such as pinpointing the exact location of piles, managing progress, and scheduling tasks.
✅ The functionality is the same as 'Earthwork Pile Management', and additional features such as pile location detection and progress tracking will be added in the future.
