Why should I use Meissa Platform Mobile? What's good about using it?
Even when you go to the field, you can utilize the platform's main functions through mobile devices.
Where can I get the Meissa Platform Mobile app?
You can get it from the Android = Google Play Store / iOS = App Store.
Is it only supported on Android and iOS? (Is it not available if it is not a smartphone?)
Yes, it is only available on two operating systems for now, and 2G phones are not supported.
I have a smartphone, but it's been a while since I bought it. Is it available?
The operating system version is important, regardless of when you purchased your smartphone. Meissa Mobile supports Android version 9.0 or higher, and iOS version 12 or higher. Please update your OS to the latest version by going to the Settings menu on your phone.

Can't I use it if I don't have a Meissa Platform account?
Yes, Meissa Mobile is a mobile version of the Meissa Platform, so you cannot use it if you do not have a platform account. For inquiries about using the Meissa Platform, please contact Meissa through the inquiry function on the official Meissa website.
Can I sign up for membership directly from the app?
The site contract varies depending on the duration and area of the project, so you can calculate the price and pay after consulting with the sales team. Please be sure to receive a membership guide through the inquiry on the website.
I logged in but I don't see anything.
- If there is no analyzed site in the project, the orthophoto will not be displayed. Please perform the analysis on the platform.
- If there is no issue registered in the field, the issue will not be visible. Click the "Add issue" button to register a new issue in the mobile app or register on the platform web.
Do I have to allow location information usage permission?
No, you can choose not to allow it.
However, you will not be able to use the "Move map center to my location" button.
Will my location information be shared/disseminated to others?
No, the current location information displayed on the map is only displayed on the device and is not transmitted anywhere.
Can teammates share their location?
No, since the current location information displayed on the map is only displayed on the device and is not shared, it is not possible to check the location of teammates. If you need to share location with teammates, you can share location through the Meissa Guard app and view it on the platform.
Can I see the issue created on the web (app) on the app (web) as well?
Yes, issue information is synchronized with platform data and the same data is displayed.
Can I only register photos in the body?
Yes, only main images for communications can be registered in the body, and additional files (videos, photos, files, etc.) can be shared through comments.
Can I download files registered by other people?
Yes, you can download files by clicking the "More (…)" button in the upper right corner of the issue details screen.
I accidentally turned off the location permission [precise location]. Is there no way to turn it back on?
If you completely close the app and reopen it, you will be provided with a guide to re-set it.
Is support not available in languages other than English?
As of this point, it is supported in Korean and English.
Other languages are not currently scheduled for development, but please request if necessary.
