✅ View the real-time and historical location of your fleet workers through the Meissa Guard app. Based on their real-time location, you can see where your fleet drivers are travelling, and if they take an abnormal route or have an accident, you can identify and analyse the cause.
▎Odometer location (real-time)
① Enable the checkbox for the odometer location, and then click the
Details button.
② Under Real-time and Historical location history, click Real-time.
③ Click the user for whom you want to see real-time information.
④ The screen jumps to the exact location of the user you clicked, where you can see the name, mobile number, and last shared location that the worker entered when they signed up.
▎Odometer location check (previous location history)
① Enable the checkbox for the odometer location, and then click the
Details button.
② Between Live and Previous Location History, click Previous Location History.
③ Click the user whose previous location history you want to view.
④ The screen jumps to the exact location of the user you clicked, where you can see the name, mobile number, and last shared location that the worker entered when they signed up.
⑤ Select your preferred date via the bottom slide bar, and start streaming in sync. You can view your location in 10-second increments, and use the slide bar to select any time between 0 and 24 hours.
▎Odometer logs
① If you click the Details button on the Project Management screen for any odometer location, you will see the Odometer History button on the active odometer location tab.
② You can also find the Logbook button in the top right corner of the Field Situation List screen.
① You can select days, weeks, months, or a specific time period.
② You can search by selecting a vehicle type or by entering a specific worker's name and vehicle number.
③ You can view the selected time period and search results.
④ Click Export to excel file엑셀 to export the search results to an Excel file.
⑤ Click the View route button to see the route the vehicle has traveled.
① You can view the profile of the vehicle you want to check.
② By clicking on a dot at a specific location along a vehicle's route, you can see the exact time when the vehicle passed that location.
③ Click the Capture Image button to download a JPG file with visual information.
▎Download a URL/QR code for check-in
① Click the QR 다운로드 button in the bottom left corner of the project management page.
② Scan this QR code to check in to Meissa Guard.
③ Copy and share the URL to check in to Meissa Guard.
④ Click the Download JPG file button to save the QR code image, and you can also share the QR code image to check in to Meissa Guard.
⚠️ Fleet workers must make an initial Meissa Guard check-in to verify their vehicle meter location.
