✅ In the Meissa platform, you can import existing BIM data into your 3D digital site to see progress rates over time and understand positional errors in structures. You can also leverage Autodesk Forge capabilities to view and utilise more precise, realistic BIM files.
▎Verifying BIM files
① When you click BIM, the mark next to the BIM name will light up, and you'll see a list of the BIMs you've uploaded.
② Click the circle checkbox next to the name of the desired BIM file to see the corresponding BIM object on the screen.
③ You can switch to the viewcube and click the house icon to zoom in to a full-screen, frontal view.
④ You can use the bottom remote control to access Autodesk Forge features.
(Walk function, length and angle measurements, side view, object model finder, lighting and background settings, shadow and reflection settings, etc.)
▎Adding BIM files
① Click the + Add Files button.
② Upload files via the + Add Files button or drag and drop.
The file format supports .rvt and .ifc.
③ Press the Upload button to upload the BIM file.
▎Managing BIM files
① You can click the Import from Archive button to activate the 'Manage integrations' tab.
② Click the ⠇ button to download or delete the BIM file.
③ If you deactivate the linked slide button, the BIM file will be unlinked.
④ BIM files uploaded on the reference date will be automatically unlinked on other dates, and you will need to re-enable linking on those dates if you want them to be active on other dates.
